We recommend the Patch Fitness Exercise Program on the Railyard Condtioning Course.  Patch Fitness was developed 16 years ago as a conditioning program for professional athletes (see list below) on an outdoor obstacle course constructed of logs. The program was refined and perfected over the years and continues to be utilized by elite and pro athletes from around the world.  The same program used by these athletes is used by children on the Railyard Obstacle Course,  that's how effective the exercise is; and the kids think they're just playing!

We are especially excited with the potential Patch Fitness on the Railyard has for kids from 5 and up. First of all, exercise onthe Railyard is fun! Every children's fitness expert in the world will tell you that fun is the most important element of a children's program. The jumping, crawling, ducking and climbing movement involved on the railyard will provide a child with strength, cardio, stamina, balance, and coordination. Exercise on the Railyard Obstacle course challenges not only a young body, but a young mind. Creativity is natural with the exercises. Confidence will grow as a child experiences the thrill of successfully executing the exercises, and all the exercises can be modified to accommodate every child, so they will succeed.
