The exercise program we recommend and provide with each Railyard Course is Patch Fitness, developed by the Egoscue Method of San Diego. Patch Fitness is the 16 year-old exercise program that has been designed to be performed on the ground or on a Course, using exercises like Stork Walk, Bear Crawl, Alligator Crawl, and Inch Worm. The Patch Fitness workout has been proven to provide the functional strength and conditioning necessary to live your life to the fullest, perform your favorite sport at a level you've not experienced before and keep your muscular-skeletal system in perfect alignment. No other exercise program can make and stand behind these claims.

I'm proud to announce we've been chosen as one of the Most Valuable Products in PE once AGAIN! Attendees at the 2010 PE4life / IBC Adopt-a-School Challenge Summit in Des Moines Iowa voted, and the Railyard Conditioning Course tied for first place with EKHO Heart Rate Monitors. We received 3 top 2 finishes at three recent PE conferences and we couldn't be more proud or appreciative.
We've discovered that children truly love the program, and why wouldn't they, it's like jumping and climbing on a giant set of Lincoln Logs. To a child, this is pure fun; they have no idea how hard they are working. Dozens of schools, and public and private health facilities have added the Railyard Conditioning Course to their programs in an effort to make fitness fun and functional for their students and members. Isn’t it time for you to take a serious look at putting the Railyard Conditioning Course to work for you?
