Assembly and Storage:
The Railyard is easy to assemble into hundreds of different layouts, then disassembled and stored in a small amount of space. Design the layout that meets the needs based on an age group, class size, sport, or room size in minutes.
Construction:
The Railyard is made of high density, roto-molded plastic and fitted with industrial quality catches, rubber draw latches, and rubber feet. The Course is designed to hold over 600 pounds safely, and is warranted for 90 days all parts and labor, and for one year parts replacement. Every part of your Railyard has been carefully designed to meet the needs of the most demanding commercial use.
Rails: Each Rail is 7.5 feet long, 12 inches wide, 4 inches thick and weighs 35 pounds. Rails feature a flat side and a curved side with an 18-inch diameter. Each Rail has six non-slip pads and will safely hold over 600 pounds.
Platforms: Railyard Platforms are 18 inches tall, 24 inches wide and weigh 27 pounds each. Platforms stack two units high to raise the Rail to 36 inches off the ground for use on the Course, and are stackable for storage as high as you can reach. Up to four Rails can be placed on each Platform at 90 degrees. Every Platform sits on eight, non-marring rubber feet for stability and provide a non-slip surface on tile and wood floors.
Platform Caps: Caps are designed to lock in the Rails for safety and stability by attaching them to the Platform with four, rubber draw latches. Caps also provide a level transition between the Platform and the Rail in your Course layout. Railyard Caps weigh 8 pounds each.

Patch Fitness was developed 16 years ago as a conditioning program for professional athletes (see list below) on an outdoor course constructed of logs. The program was refined and perfected over the years and continues to be utilized by elite and pro athletes from around the world. The same program used by these athletes is used by children on the Course, that's how effective the exercise is; and the kids think they're just playing!
