Remember, most of the exercises in our manual can be done on the ground, combine them with exercises on the Railyard and you can easily accomodate larger groups.

Railyard Home Course: The Home Course Layout for the Railyard Conditioning Course is one that the whole family can use exercising together. As far as we know, and we know a lot about the fitness business, this is the only exercise equipment that can be used simultaneously by adults and children.
That's right—Dad, Mom and all the kids can workout together and everyone gets a heart healthy, muscle
strengthening and joint flexing workout. Imagine the fun you'll have sharing the benefits of exercise and the foundation you'll be laying for your children's health and well being. The Railyard Home Course can be used in any room in the house, even the garage (rooms with lower ceilings may restrict a few of the exercises on the Rail when placed in the 3-foot position). Layout #1: Recommended for groups of 5 people and up. You can configure this package into a 38 foot, single Rail for speed and agility drills like quick overs, or strength and flexibility exercises with bear crawls and inch worms. Set your Course up in 2 parallel Rails of 19 foot each for alligators, reverse crabs, and more complex speed and agility drills that combine multiple exercises. Position one Rail at 36 inches and the second at 18 inches for step unders and quick overs for added difficulty.
The star pattern gives you and plenty of space to implement a circuit training program directly from the training manual you receive, or one of your own design.

With this package, you can have one Rail at the high (36") position at all times. Whether you own a personal training studio, health club, or are shopping for your family, this Course gives you everything the $40,000 outdoor Courses offer, right in your home or studio. Imagine, a Bear Crawl from the floor onto the Platform—across the Rail and up onto the higher Platform—then over the high Rail to a handstand dismount. Now that's a core-building, functional exercise!

Layout #3: Recommended for groups of 20 people and up. Now we're talking! You will be able to keep 20 adults or 30 or more children moving at all times with this layout. You are able to get more children in a class because they are shorter and take up less space on the Rails. There are more Platforms than Rails, so two of your Rails can be placed in the high (36") position at all times, giving you 6 Rails in the low (18") position. You will be able to split this package into 2 separate Courses if you plan to work with two small groups or two different families. As a personal trainer, this is when the Railyard Conditioning Course starts to become a revenue center. You can train families, children, adults, athletes, fire firefighters—anyone whose job or sport requires they move left, right, forward, backward, up, and down. Describes most everyone, doesn't it?
