International Shipping Policies 

All international orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Mail Service.  Your quote will include freight charges and a $30.00 U.S. international handling charge, which covers all required paperwork and insurance for the package.

• A 4% surcharge will be added to the cost of the products ordered when using an American Express credit card for payment.

• All orders over $500.00 (product cost plus shipping and handling) must be paid for by wire transfer.

• A signature may be required upon delivery of your package.

• All goods are liable to customs duty and tax on importation.  They are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

• International shipments are non-returnable due to the nature of international shipping. 
  
• Refunds will be given for defective products only.

• Products made of wood (Multi-Positioning Tower) are subject to inspection on import which may cause a delay in delivery of your package
