The extra-wide, staggered ribbed surface of the composite plastic Adjustable Multi Slant Board is the ideal platform to increase extension in the lower and upper back, to stretch the fascia on the bottom of your feet to relieve the pain of plantar fasciitis, and for calf stretches. You select the incline angle perfect for you, and gradually increase the incline as you progress. If your therapist or chiropractor suggests the use of an incline board, the Multi-Slant and Calf Exercise Board is the best value in its class. The large, 16 by 14.5 inch, ribbed surface provides a safe, non-slip, functional platform for all your lower body stretching and positioning exercises.

This Multi-Slant Calf Exercise Board is made in America. NEW! Staggered rib top grips better than ever - IT'S super non-slip.

Our 4-position incline and calf stretcher board is made of a super strong composite plastic, tested to hold over 250 pounds. It adjusts to 4 levels and folds flat (3-inches) to store conveniently. Levels are 10, 15, 20 and 30 degrees. The last slot on the incline board makes an excellent hand-hold for advanced stretching. The Slant Board is also an ergonomic, comfortable and adjustable foot rest for use at your desk or workstation used to relieve the tension in your lower legs, ankles, and feet when sitting for long periods.

This board is plastic, it will flex (like and airplane wing) but will not break. If you are obese, infirm or have balance issues, please do not purchase this product, pay an additional $50 and get the Dr. Werner's Correct Stretch. Hundreds of thousands of our Multi-Slants Boards have been sold worldwide and they are a wonderful, inexpensive, functional tool for stretching ankles and calves.

FAQ: All the other slant boards I find are made of wood, is plastic as strong?
A: Yes, composite plastic, like the polyethylene plastic used in our adjustable calf stretcher, slant board is as strong as wood. This product has been in production for over 10 years and is used by thousands of individuals and professional health and fitness facilities. It will perform the same as much more expensive wood products. This board is plastic, it will flex (like an airplane wing) but will not break. If you are obese, infirm or have balance issues, please do not purchase this product, pay an additional $50 to $100 and get the Dr. Werner's Correct Stretch Board. We've sold tens of thousands of these boards and they provide an excellent inexpensive platform for 99% of those who need one.

FAQ: I've seen slant boards as small as 11 inches, why is yours 14.5 inches?
A: If you plan to stand on the slant board with both feet, it's recommended you do so with your feet shoulder width apart. 11 inches is the length of a piece of typing paper. Before buying an 11 inch board, try putting both feet on a piece of paper to see if your feet are in a comfortable, stable, and shoulder width apart position. The Multi Slant and Calf Stretcher Board is designed to allow you to stand in this correct and comfortable position. We've found a few on-line slant boards that do not post the size of the board, so make sure you ask how large the board is before purchasing any product.

Brilliant design October 19, 2017

I waffled between purchasing Railyard's slant board and a competitor's. So, picked up the phone, after watching Railyard's video and spoke with the owner, and, as it turns out, the creator/manufacturer of the multi slant board, as well as other Egoscue exercise tools. Wow! He was a wealth of info, and shared his ease and confidence about all manner of issues, as well as allying my concerns. The price was right, including free shipping. The slant board arrived in a speedy fashion, WAY easy to understand with cool directions and exercise examples. I am using it every day. It is sturdy, I feel supported, not wobbly. I'm only on the 1st degree "slant" level, but already feel an impact and appreciate so much the affordability and quality of this product. Thank you.

Using polymer slant board. July 26, 2017
Reviewer: Harold Larsen from PONTE VEDRA BEACH, FL United States
This board has a different feel when you step on it, requiring a little time to get use to it (as apposed to a solid wood board). However, when you do make the adjustment it has the advantage of lighter weight and a more comfortable platform to exercise on.

Good investment. April 30, 2016
Reviewer: MR from ORANGE, CA United States
Received mine a day earlier which is nice.  Easy to use.  Haven't used the other stretches other than the calve stretch. Although it looks and feels strong,  I don't feel comfortable to mount it without placing it against the walk for extra support as it is a little wobbly.  It doesn't grip my flooring well. Otherwise,  I'm looking forward to trying the other stretches when my foot heals.
